Job Description:
JOB DUTIES
Serve as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) within assigned functional area
Manage tasks and projects while meeting established deadlines
Analyze data, gathering insights and modeling solutions
Solicit input and ideas from others in consideration of recommendations
Collaborate with leaders, associates, vendors and/or other business partners to plan, develop and execute key projects and initiatives
Develop meaningful insights and recommendations to help provide solutions to complex and challenging operational problems
Deliver exceptional customer service
Effectively display the ability to manage time well by completing all work types with the established deadlines, setting appropriate work-related priorities, concentrating on the main objectives, and avoiding unnecessary interruptions
Duties may vary based on areas of focus (Payments, Refunds, Procurement, Field Procurement, Non-Escrow, Funds Management, Flood Search, Tax Search, Data Integrity, Commercial Tax)
Job Qualifications:
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
6+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of exceeding standards related to proficiency, quality, competency and job knowledge
Client service-oriented experience required
Subject Matter Expert level knowledge of process-specific platforms, programs, processes and/or clients
Technical subject matter expert of specific tasks or work processes
Ability to resolve escalated issues
Effectively manage resources
Advanced problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with all levels of the organization, specifically the ability to tell a story with supporting data
Strong project management, analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, to achieve set goals and complete assignments within established parameters and deadlines
Technically savvy with a proficiency to learn new systems and applications; proficient with MS Office
Ability to cultivate and maintain collaborative working relationships
Proven ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources, and prioritize multiple work assignments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to articulate complex ideas
Demonstrate behaviors that align with our values and foster an inclusive culture
Willingness to continuously learn and develop
Adaptable in an ever-changing environment
Annual Pay Range:
