Position Description  


We are seeking a dynamic Human Capital Data Analyst with a passion for workforce planning, exceptional analytical skills, and a deep background in finance and HR. This role will partner closely with HR leaders, finance teams, and business units to leverage data to inform decision-making, enhance workforce planning strategies, and support our goal of building high-performing teams.

Primary Responsibilities 


Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to HR and leadership.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to visualize key metrics and trends.
  • Conduct deep dives into HR and financial data to inform workforce planning and operational decisions.

Workforce Planning

  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast workforce needs, identifying gaps and solutions to meet organizational goals.
  • Design and implement models for headcount forecasting, talent pipeline analysis, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Integrate financial data into workforce plans to optimize cost management and ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.

Business Partnering

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, finance, and leadership teams, bridging data insights with strategic priorities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Provide expertise in aligning workforce planning efforts with overall organizational strategy.

Data Management and Systems

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of workforce data across HR systems.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to improve data collection processes and reporting capabilities.
  • Manage and analyze large datasets, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Requirements


Minimum Qualifications 


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or financial analysis, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and workforce analytics platforms.
