ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Expert Software Developer to join our team in Hanover, MD. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing advanced cyber capabilities while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities.
• Manage the designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems.
• Apply expert knowledge of security concepts and networks.
• Communicate status with leadership and customers.
• Ensure software standards are met.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant technical experience
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming.
• Troubleshooting / debugging experience.
• Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• CNO capability development experience.
• Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.
• Understand assembly programming concepts.
• Unit Test experience.
• Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)
• Experience managing/leading teams

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Active, current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time) and operate computer equipment and office machinery.
• Regular communication with co-workers, management, and customers.

The projected compensation range for this position is $175,800.00-$312,200.00.
