This role will manage the coordination for our Store Maintenance team that oversees maintenance for our three luxury brands - Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo, and Versace, throughout North America

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee maintenance for up to six MK districts throughout North America
• Manage national maintenance requests for districts. Determine the nature and urgency of the repair problem and report the problem to the appropriate vendor
• Utilize our web-based platform, Fexa, to process and manage work orders
• Coordinate the scheduling of all work between the contractor and the stores
• Oversee Preventative Maintenance programs for all applicable stores – including but not limited to budget updates, schedule issues and invoicing
• Build relationships with store leadership, account managers and internal partners
• Schedule bi-monthly district manager touch base meetings to review open requests
• Assist with rotating schedule of after-hours and weekend on call for emergency services throughout North America
• Request security as needed for repairs & maintenance work
• Assist with general department presentations, reports, manuals, management of network folders and invoicing tasks
• Identify and report recurring issues to Manager/Director of Store Maintenance.

You’ll Need to Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact well with vendors and contractors as well as corporate/retail management and co-workers
• Ability to work well under pressure and achieve results
• Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Office and Excel)
• Proficiency with work order management software
• Availability to work after hours
• Ability to work from our NYC office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
