Role Overview:

Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team provides strategic and financial partnership to EA’s Leadership team. We achieve this through engaging with our partners to influence and help deliver our broad strategy, providing strategic decision support and insights to guide EA’s performance.  

This Sr. Finance Director will lead business support for our central EA Studios organizations, serving as:

  • An embedded and trusted senior advisor to Studio & Franchise businesses & teams; and
  • An experienced & demonstrated leader in the Global Finance organization, contributing to strategic functional initiatives and transformation.


Supported by a team of ~10 employees, you will report to theVice-President of FP&A, EA Studios, while partnering closely with EA Studios central leadership. You will work a hybrid work model defined as 3 days a week in an EA office.

Responsibilities:

You will partner with senior leaders across the business, including our SVP / General Managers, Heads of Operations & Publishing, Executive Producers and their leadership teams to support all financial elements associated with the successful strategy execution of our central EA Studios organizations, including Central Development Partners (CDP
