Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

A Sr. Analyst US Commercial Analytics will work in parallel with US commercial leadership analyzing complex business problems to provide strategic & data-supported consultation around decisions which influence the overall business. All commercial supporting analysts will be expected to own direct business partner alignment with commercial leadership of a respective region & clinical vertical.

This role will work through large growing sets of real-time data supporting commercial strategy, quota modeling & allocation, territory design, and sales performance metrics. The individual in the role will be equipped with the technical capabilities to navigate and consolidate multiple data sets, build an understanding of levers which move the business, and be able to communicate summarized data insights to senior leadership.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build an understanding of business drivers with the skillset of translating data to actionable insights
• Be able to professionally manage multiple VP & Director level business partners with insights supporting presentations at all levels
• Develop tools which scale business insights & contribute to continuous process improvement
• Strong ability to articulate and defend data driven recommendations or positions
• Enthusiastic about working with data and comfortable contributing to regular brainstorming sessions with peers & leadership
• Desire to work cross functionality with both immediate, domestic, & international teams
• Exceptional attention to detail

Qualifications

Skill / Job Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree required (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum 4 - 5 years of relevant work experience 
• High-level problem-solving skills with an ability to simplify the complex
• Organic curiosity and insight to understand trends, outliers, & context-based nuance
• Self-motivated to seek out resolution, resources, & share knowledge
• Ability to work independently while prioritizing across different levels of deliverables
• Highly organized with an ability to support and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
• Proficiency with analytical & data visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, Python)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Must be willing/able to work onsite 2-3 days/week at our Peachtree Corners office.
