Maintenance Person - Rock Valley

We are looking for a full-time Maintenance in Rock Valley. In this position, you will apply your skills to enhance the Hope Haven grounds and ensure safety measures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform daily and/or routine maintenance and/or repair duties as assigned by supervisor in Hope Haven residential and vocational setting.
• Snow removal from sidewalks and parking lots.
• Lawn care.
• Follows all safety procedures and promotes safety among team and clients.
Qualifications:
• Willing to work flexible schedule to meet agency needs. (i.e. snow removal)
• Possess or ability to obtain a Class “C” CDL operator’s license and be an insurable driver with our insurance company.
• General maintenance skills and ability.
• Clearance from all applicable background checks as required by service standards.
• Up to date physical.
Physical Requirements:
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Physical ability to climb ladder and maintain balance in confining conditions.
• Ability to work indoor and outdoors through all seasons experienced in Northwest Iowa.
