Your day at NTT DATA

We are seeking a proficient Staffing Account Manager to manage a variety of presales activities. This includes driving Staffing sales with our internal Client Managers, assisting dedicated recruiters with supplier sourcing, developing RFPs, and offering insights on the current Staffing industry landscape.

The ideal candidate for the Staffing Account Manager position should be an outstanding communicator, adept at fostering relationships with both internal teams and external vendors.

Prior experience in technology staffing and/or professional services (preferably in IT Infrastructure, Network, Security, Data Center, Co-Lab, etc.), onboarding, and other human resources processes is highly valued. Your role will involve building long-lasting relationships with suppliers and engaging directly with clients. What you'll be doing

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Fostering relationships with clients, suppliers, and global counterparts
• Identifying staffing needs based on business requirements and client requests
• Reviewing resumes and potentially interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications
• Making hiring recommendations based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience
• Conducting staffing contract reviews
• Contributing to and creating RFPs
• Developing Client Statements of Work
• Networking with key business executives and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
• Overseeing all staffing needs and operations within our organization
• Supporting candidate screening and hiring processes
• Understanding the importance of confidentiality
• Demonstrating proven experience as a Staffing Manager or in a similar role
• Having experience in planning and executing HR processes (onboarding, hiring, etc.)
• Possessing solid knowledge of relevant legal regulations (equal employment opportunity, rights to work, etc.)
• Exhibiting exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Displaying the ownership mindset of a traditional staffing account manager, caring for the account portfolio, and having a broad understanding of industry standards, including knowledge of what contracts can and should look like
• Having experience in technology staffing and services (preferably in IT Infrastructure, Network, Security, Data Center, Co-Lab, etc.).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in technology staffing and/or professional services (preferably in IT Infrastructure, Network, Security, Data Center, Co-Lab, etc.).
• Minimum of 3+ years of selling staff augmentation services.
• Experience working and developing RFP's and SOW's.
• Experience qualifying sales demand and delivery capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Adaptive workload management.
