This role sits at the intersection of <strong>global strategy and local market delivery</strong>, shaping integrated media solutions that deliver both commercial impact and category leadership.</p> <p>You will work closely with regional and local market teams, guiding planning approaches, elevating output quality, and helping clients navigate an increasingly complex media landscape—particularly across emerging and addressable channels.</p> <hr> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Lead integrated media planning strategies across <strong>European markets</strong>, ensuring consistency, effectiveness and innovation.</li> <li>Act as a senior strategic partner to clients within <strong>Healthcare and Skincare</strong>, bringing deep category understanding and future‑focused thinking.</li> <li>Develop and mentor planners, supporting team growth, capability building and leadership progression.</li> <li>Champion innovation across channels including <strong>CTV, BVOD, SVOD</strong>, and <strong>AI‑driven optimisation</strong>, embedding test‑and‑learn approaches into planning frameworks.</li> <li>Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to translate international strategy into strong local execution.</li> </ul> </div> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Agency:</strong></p> <p>At OMD EMEA, we strive to deliver on our promise of ‘<strong>better decisions, faster</strong>‘ for our clients, partners and all 6,000+ OMDers across our region every day.
