Duties: Interact with clients and design business requirements documents for the development team; gather requirements for connecting interfaces with frameworks utilizing Mule ESB; support end-to-end development of projects covering all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle including requirement analysis, designing, building, unit testing and deployment; design and develop enterprise services using RAML and REST based APIs; utilize various transformers in Mule ESB based on use cases to implement custom transformations; ensure APIs are following best standards by applying policies to the Mule API Gateway; coordinate security and enhance proxy settings to Mule API gateway; implement RAML files for different entity creations and respective associations; create flows, sub flows, exception strategy, and Data Weave transformation in Mule configuration; code the input and output payloads using Data Weave; work on Mule flow variables, record variables, session variables, and various connectors including FTP, SAP, SFTP, FILE, HTTPS, Database, Web services, S4Hana public and private cloud, and Active MQ; utilize and apply knowledge of Mule ESB, Spring MVC, SOAP, XSLT, XPATH, JSON, GitHub, XML, WSDL and ActiveMQ to perform assigned duties; implement choice, reference, and global exception handling mechanisms based on the business requirements; transform data from XML, IDOC, and BAPI to CSV formats; perform Unit testing; write the MUnit Test cases for the flows; deploy locally tested Anypoint Studio to QA and Production activities; and monitor logs on a daily basis and trouble shoot any issues.
Location: Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and various other undetermined worksites throughout the U.S.
Salary: $95,000 per year.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Masters – Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Training: None
Experience: One (1) year in the position above, as a Software Engineer, as a MuleSoft Consultant, as a Programmer Analyst, as a Java Developer, or in a related occupation;
Other Requirements: Experience must include one (1) years use of all the following: Mule ESB, Spring MVC, SOAP, XSLT, XPATH, JSON, GitHub, XML, WSDL and ActiveMQ.
