This position will report to the Plant Manager and be based at the Lauderdale Plant located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Mechanical, Operations, experience preferred. Mechanical experience and troubleshooting skillset for: Pumps, Fans, Heat Exchangers, Gearboxes, Steam Turbines, Combustion Turbines and general mechanical maintenance standards are highly preferred. Experience with Maximo and Op Model Processes are a plus. This position will troubleshoot and analyze equipment performance deviations while ensuring the sites’ mechanical equipment is in excellent operating condition and available for use at all times.

Individuals in this position lead internal and external resources to Deliver Certainty, executing plant maintenance to achieve short- and long-term site goals and objectives in safety, environmental, compliance, reliability, availability and cost management.

  • Focuses on optimizing site maintenance
  • Develops technicians’ skills and knowledge
  • Standardizes processes, procedures, and techniques to ensure repeatability
  • Applies advanced leadership skills for internal employee development and performance management
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
