About the role

At Joko, our mission is to we help consumers save time and money when shopping online or in-store.

Founded in Paris, Joko is a tech company and certified B Corp with over 105 talents across Paris, Barcelona, and New York (and beyond). More than 6 million users already save money every day at 10,000+ merchants with Joko.

From cashback and automatic coupons to price alerts, we've kept expanding our products to make shopping smarter. Today, Joko is an AI shopping app: with Juno, our shopping assistant, users can find the right product at the best price in only a few seconds, with recommendations that get sharper the more they use it.

Having reached profitability in our core market, we’re now scaling globally, with a strong focus on the US.

It’s still day 1, come build the future of shopping with us!

πŸ“± OUR PRODUCT TEAM

Led by Fabien, our VP Product, Joko's Product team groups the passionate individuals behind our users' delight! From brainstorming to development to launch, the Product team's main mission is to turn ideas into reality by working hand-in-hand with the Engineering, Design, and Business teams.

Joko is organized into four product tribes, each owning a key dimension of the company's value:

- Business lines owns the current core value proposition, covering online shopping, in-store experiences, and gift cards, each run as a dedicated team.

- Scale focuses on growing and amplifying this value through growth, international expansion, and shared core user experiences across the app.

- Juno builds the next value proposition: an AI shopping assistant that finds the right product at the best price in seconds, backed by a universal catalog of what merchants actually sell.

- AI Platform helps Joko become a state-of-the-art AI company from the inside, owning the internal agent infrastructure, automation layer, internal tools, infrastructure, compliance, security and operational scalability.

πŸ’²THE BUSINESS LINES TRIBE

Business Lines owns Joko's current revenue engine across three product lines, each run by a dedicated task force:

- 🌐 Online, Joko's historical core, covers the app, web app and browser extensions. Its challenge is to make sure users discover the right offers, clicks are tracked, purchases are attributed, commissions are approved, and cash back lands reliably.

- πŸ’³ In-Store owns card-linked offers, where users link their bank card and earn cash back when they pay at partner merchants in physical stores. It is a very different product line, closer to banking, payment integrations and merchant operations.

- 🎁 Gift Cards lets users buy or earn gift cards from a catalog of brands, and already represents a significant and fast-growing share of company revenue.

Across these scopes, the tribe works on hard, high-impact product problems: improving catch and track rates, reducing funnel leaks, adapting to privacy and browser changes, strengthening payment and affiliate flows, and creating better customer experiences.

🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Lead Product Manager for the Business Lines tribe, your mission is to grow and strengthen the revenue Joko runs on today, across Online, In-Store and Gift Cards. You will report to Fabien, our VP Product, lead the Product Managers who own each task force, and personally take the calls that cut across them.

- Set the tribe's strategy: You will arbitrate between three task forces with very different mechanics and very different economics, decide where the next engineer and the next euro go, and defend those trade-offs in front of leadership.

- Own the revenue chain end to end: Catch rate and track rate decide whether a purchase becomes revenue, and a fraction of a point there is worth hundreds of thousands of euros a year. You will make sure the tribe knows exactly where the chain leaks, sizes each lever properly, and prioritises accordingly.

- Go deep where it matters: Affiliate tracking and attribution, card-linked payment integrations, checkout and coupon flows. You will not be the PM writing every spec, but you will be expected to understand these mechanics well enough to challenge a diagnosis and make the final call.

- Champion the user experience: You will stay close to user needs and pain points across each business line, and make sure the tribe turns them into dedicated features, sharp product improvements and astonishing customer experiences.

- Navigate the structural challenges: Privacy regulation, browser tracking restrictions, payment ecosystem changes and last-click competition keep changing the rules. You will build the product strategy that keeps the business healthy as conditions shift, rather than reacting to each change as it lands.

- Lead and grow the PMs: You will manage and mentor the Product Managers on Online, In-Store and Gift Cards, set the bar on funnel analysis, experimentation and delivery, and grow people who can own a revenue stream on their own.

- Define what healthy looks like: You will
