Lectures in Computer Languages and Systems. Full-Time Job (2025/2026)

From the Politecnic School we are looking for a full-time profile to teach in the Information Technology Department from the next academic year 2025/2026.

Subjects to be taught:

• Programming I

• Programmming II

• Programming methodology and technology

• Software engineering

• Projects I in data science and engineering

Education and Training:

• A university degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science and Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or related degrees is required.

• A doctor's degree would be a plus.

Languages:

• High level of English (C1) is required. The subjects will be taught in English and Spanish.

Professional, teaching and research experience:

• Teaching, research or professional experience in the specific area related to the subject to be taught.

• Teaching accreditations would be an asset.

• Scientific publications in the area related to the subject to be taught, as well as participation in research groups, seminars and/or congresses will be valued.

Competences and skills:

• Communication skills, oral and written. 

• Ability to generate impact and motivate students.

• Pedagogical skills (use of a wide range of didactic and digital media, application of different teaching methodologies).

• High emotional intelligence: self-motivation, empathy and influence.

• Involvement and commitment.
