Work you’ll do 

  • Assist in identifying, researching, and engaging outside subject matter experts on a variety of technical related topics
  • Serve as the learning programs administrative point of contact for course related questions/concerns
  • Track and report completed training
  • Support transitioning projects and materials from incumbents
  • Plan, organize, and control the timely and cost-effective execution and completion of project deliverables

The Workforce Transformation (WFT) offering helps clients consider how work, workforces and workplaces need to be reimagined in the service of future business strategy. We collaborate with clients to evaluate the nature of work, how the composition of the workforce will evolve to meet business needs, and how to activate next generation leaders, learning, skills, and incentives for the future.

Qualifications 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 6+ years of relevant program management experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required 
  • Ability to work 100% onsite in Chantilly, VA

Preferred: 

  • Master’s degree
  • Experience supporting training organizations and working in support of an adult learning environment
  • Agile experience
  • Experience with full life-cycle project management practices
