The Endpoint Services Area Administrator is responsible for installing, maintaining, upgrading, securing, and supporting computer endpoints and peripherals throughout the enterprise&nbsp;while assisting users with technical support of the operating systems, applications, and other related technology.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="color: rgb(131, 195, 66);"><strong>THE TEAM</strong></span></p> <p>The Area Team provides support that is critical to the overall success of Dillard’s. This team supports all Dillard’s users in implementing and maintaining the devices and solutions used to do their jobs. As a member of this team, you can easily feel proud of your contributions and the work you perform because you can see first-hand how your role directly impacts the success of other employees and the company as a whole.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="color: rgb(131, 195, 66);"><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Support for all end users in the Dillard’s environment</li> <li>Maintain compliance with PCI and other Security Requirements</li> <li>Installation, configuration, and sustained usability of computers, their associated peripheral equipment, and software within established standards and guidelines</li> <li>Utilize software automation to improve efficiency</li> <li>Use available tools to load Operating Systems and to install/repair applications</li> <li>Test OS updates, application upgrades, and new products prior to installation in production environments</li> <li>Coordinate implementation of software and hardware changes&nbsp;</li> <li>Quickly troubleshoot problems to isolate the cause&nbsp;</li> <li>Interface with other Dillard’s associates, both technical and non-technical</li> <li>Work with 3rd party vendors for installation/support of software applications and hardware solutions&
