<h3>Company Description</h3><p><strong>The Red Bull Music Marketing program represents one of the key marketing mix pillars. The global Music team is searching for a Music Marketing Intern, who will support the team in Music Marketing projects coordination on the global scale with the special focused on the Freestyle project: Red Bull Batalla.</strong></p><p>The internship will last for a 6 months period, starting in November/December 2025.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>MUSIC PROJECTS</strong></p><p>You'll support the global music team in the alignment & development of global music projects/series related to freestyle regular season of the core project of Red Bull Batalla and spin off initiatives.</p><p><strong>ARTIST SUPPORT/BOOKING</strong></p><p>Signed artist who represents the brand and the project are a key part of the program. You'll support the global music team in the status/reports of the signed artist as well as the booking of Red Bull signed and no signed artist for the projects.</p><p><strong>ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT</strong></p><p>You’ll assist the music team with organizational topics, e.g., the preparation of status/recap presentations, outreach to markets, invoice workflow etc.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Currently studying or recently graduated in a University Degree (Bachelor's/Master's)</li><li>Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficient in written and spoken Spanish</li><li>Interest & passion for music</li><li>Focused and proactive attitude</li><li> Organized working style, attention to detail</li><li>Reliable colleague, self-motivated and able to work independently</li><li>Team player with an open mind and a flexible attitude</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>As an employer, we value diversity and support people in developing their potential and strengths, realizing their ideas and seizing opportunities.
