Join us and be part of something extraordinary.   We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Quality Assurance and Testing to join our Treasury Services Engineering team. This role is located in Pittsburgh.   In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:   · Manage a small to medium-sized team responsible for defining, planning, and overseeing testing efforts · Provide technical guidance and support to team members · Develop and monitor project plans and budgets · Present reports, communications, and quality assurance training materials, including actionable recommendations · Monitor software and system defects, ensuring effective resolution · Support product migrations across all system environments · Ensure adherence to procedures and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for results · Participate in recruiting, instruct, assign, direct, and review the work of other QA/testing analysts · Prepare performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to team members · Contribute to the achievement of team objectives   To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:   · Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required · Advanced degree is beneficial · 10-12 years of experience in a systems quality environment required · Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus   At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at: BNY Newsroom BNY LinkedIn     Here’s a few of our recent awards:
