Job Description

This is a Full-Time role in the Philadelphia/Trevose area. Must be flexible to work in-office, onsite at local activations, and remote.  

This position consists of executing daily tasks in support of the account executive(s), account supervisor, and management director. In addition, the AAE will be required to oversee the workflow carried out by the administrative assistant.

• Serving as liaison to Internal Operations Department and coordinating/ executing creative production activities and projects
• Serving as primary liaison to Traffic Department and coordinating/executing monthly traffic activities while managing client creative/media preferences
• Managing the advertising activities (creative, media, budgets, and production) for any markets he or she is assigned while serving as the primary contact with the Media Planner and Internal Operations for those Clients
• Organizing and executing details of meeting arrangements and providing support in meeting preparation
• Executing various market and media research/statistical projects Composing/distributing a monthly newsletter
• Archiving creative and research materials

Qualifications

• Some degree of advertising agency experience is necessary as the job requires a high level of understanding of advertising principles and agency functions.
• The position will require the AAE to build solid relations with other agency departments (Creative, Media, Traffic, Planning, and Finance) to help facilitate efficient day-to-day internal operations.
• Some client contact will be involved, and an understanding of the Client’s business is essential; the AAE will be required to forge positive relationships with his/her Clients through consistent contact and diligent client service.
• Knowledge of integrated communications (Direct Marketing, Interactive, Sales Promotion, Public Relations, Lifestyle Marketing, Collateral, and Merchandising) is a plus; prior experience in retail advertising and/or the automotive category is a plus, but not required.

•  Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must

•   Experience with Quark XPress and Adobe software (Photoshop, Persuasion, Illustrator, PageMill), Microsoft Publisher, as well as Donovan is a plus

Compensation Range: $43,000 - $48,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
