Job Description
Our nurses are out there making a difference in patients lives and you are the captain of that ship. As a Director of Nursing for KabaFusion, you will establish, initiate, implement, and evaluate the goals and objectives that align with the high standards of care we expect for our patients. Essential duties & responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to staff and clinical managers relating to all aspects of patient care including assisting with assessments, planning, and evaluation of patients.
- Hiring, onboarding, evaluating, training and mentoring staff including performing performance appraisals and taking disciplinary action when necessary.
- Interpret operational indicators to detect census changes and the impact on staffing needs.
- Assists in the development of agency goals and evaluation of agency performance.
Qualifications
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent education and experience
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license
- 5+ years of management experience
- 3+ years of home health, home infusion or related organization
