Service Now’s Cloud Services Program Management team is responsible for program delivery across our global cloud environment, touching all elements of the cloud infrastructure from the data venter to the application layer. As a member of the team, you are passionate about the customer experience and service availability. You believe in delivering uncompromised high quality, scalable, and sustainable solutions. You have experience managing large cross-functional project teams with exemplary people and program management skills. 

What you get to do in this role:

As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving large, highly complex, highly visible programs, as well as having the opportunity to provide input on process improvement initiatives and provide ideas on how we can work more effectively for our Global Cloud Services organization. As a key partner to our architecture and engineering teams, you will develop and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders, technical leaders, and business owners to deliver on strategic and tactical organizational initiatives. As well as strong project management experience, you will have a strong technical background gained in an engineering or operations role.  Program scope includes core infrastructure services design and deployment, onboarding new platform features across all functional teams (services and automations) and partnering on operationalization with operations teams.

• Demonstrated ability to build out scalable cloud systems and processes for complex environments.
• Strong understanding of building scalable services, deploying new technologies, and implementations for multiple cloud environments.
• Working knowledge of software deployment, system orchestration and software build/test best practices
• Facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
• Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to manage cross-functional and globally distributed project teams.
• Embody excellent communication skills and work well in an open
