Associate Director, AI Integration Lead

The Opportunity

Reporting into the Head of AI Platforms, the AI Data Integration Lead will design develop, and implement data integration solutions that support the enterprise data infrastructure of the organization. You will have a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. Also, you will work with project teams to ensure that data integration solutions align with business requirements and data governance standards.

The Role

• Supervise the design and development of data integration solutions for new IT platforms applying artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that data integration solutions align with business requirements and data governance standards.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams during the implementation of new data integration solutions.
• Recommend new artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to improve the effectiveness of our data infrastructure.
• Ensure that all data integration solutions are working at optimum levels and help develop new data integration requirements.
• Develop scalable solutions via API development (i.e., turning models into APIs) including automate ML and AI processes.
• Coordination with Enterprise Architecture function including Data architecture and enterprise data integration leads.

Your Skills and Experience

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
• 4+ years of experience in data integration, with a focus on ETL, data warehousing, data governance, and artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
• Understanding of enterprise data architecture, data integration best practices, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies.
• Experience managing IT projects within a global environment.
• Pharma/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience desirable.
• Background in working with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Work solo and as part of a team.

Salary Range

The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $180,000 - $220,000. Please note this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay that CSL expects to pay for this position at the listed location as of the time of this posting. Individual base salary for a successful candidate is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and other relevant factors. In addition to base salary, total compensation for this role may also include incentive compensation and equity.
