CDL A Dedicated Team Driver - New CDL Graduates OK

We invite both experienced Class A Drivers and recent driving school graduates eager to begin their careers to apply. You will be part of a team operating 53’ Reefer trailers on a dedicated route between Sacramento and Portland, OR, as well as Seattle, WA, with weekly home time and potential earnings of up to $1800 per week!

• Running lane is from Sacramento to Portland, OR. and Seattle, WA and back. 
• Home time varies with Team from every week to every 2 weeks (depending on Team)
• Mix of drop & hook, live load/unload, and driver assist (pallet jack)
• The driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.
• Miles a week is 4500-5000 per team.

Requirements

• Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours.
• Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
• Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, major tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
• Cannot have been terminated from last job.
• No DUI's, Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years. Safety to review all criminal offenses.
• Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of unemployment. 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years max unemployment allowed. 
• Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen.
• Must live in general area of Sacramento, CA

Benefits

• $1200 - $1800 average earnings a week
• .59 - .70 a mile depending on experience
• Trainees are paid $650/week for 4-6 weeks.
• $30 stop pay – split between drivers.
• Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO
