We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.</p></div><p>As Manufacturing Engineer - Production Support you will be responsible for;</p> <ul> <li>Support production cells and help optimize manufacturing and repair processes</li> <li>Analyze production data and drive improvements in safety, quality, and delivery</li> <li>Develop and maintain work instructions and technical documentation</li> <li>Lead or support RCCA, process improvements, and industrialization efforts</li> <li>Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues and improve flow</li> <li>Support new product introduction and capital expenditure projects</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications;</strong></p> <ul> <li>1–3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (aerospace or regulated industry preferred)</li> <li>Exposure to production environments and process improvement</li> <li>Experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies</li> <li>Plus if fluent in Spanish</li> <li>Plus if background in chemical processes and/or non-destructive testing (NDT)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Salary Range: $70K - $90K</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:100,&quot;335559739&quot;:100,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience</span> <span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:100,&quot;335559739&quot;:100,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}"
