We’re looking for a teammate who is an innate people person, loves helping others, and has a knack for tenacious problem solving.</p> <p>This is an in office role, supporting our clinic in Starbase, TX. Our clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm CT with occasional evenings until 8pm CT.</p> <p><strong>Here’s what you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Triage & Assessment: </strong>Evaluate acutely ill patients in-person or via phone. Take vital signs, record health histories, and update Electronic Medical Records (EMR).</li> <li><strong>Patient Education: </strong>Teach patients how to manage chronic conditions (like diabetes or high blood pressure). Explain medications, treatments, and lifestyle changes.</li> <li><strong>Care Coordination: </strong>Review patient data to make sure routine check-ups, cancer screenings, and preventive tests are completed on time. Handle prior authorizations and coordinate referrals.</li> <li><strong>Clinic Procedures: </strong>Assist doctors with exams and in-office procedures, perform phlebotomy, administer vaccines, and give injections.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>You are a creative problem solver and a compassionate provider of support.
