  • Build strong relationships and quickly establish credibility with leaders across the Practices.

  • Influence management and resolve conflicts with a high level of emotional intelligence and professionalism.

  • Serve as a strategic thinker, identifying solutions and assessing impacts across the organization.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in multiple HR areas, supporting cross-functional global initiatives with HR, Finance, IT and other centers of excellence.

  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR and Data teams to inform business recommendations.

  • Leverage business insights and a human-centric approach to connect data and anecdotes, identifying opportunities for greater impact.

  • Demonstrate a bias for action, execution, and delivery—comfortable operating in ambiguity and resourceful in finding solutions.

  • Manage a variety of employee relations situations, ensuring compliance with US regulations; global experience is a plus.

  • Utilize HRM tools such as Oracle Cloud, Power BI, and Microsoft Office while quickly learning new systems and processes.

  • Embrace and adopt AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in advising and decision-making.

  • Exhibit acute listening skills and adaptive communication, handling difficult situations with poise and professionalism.

  • Maintain a strong level of ownership, confidentiality, attention to detail, and process organization.

  • Document processes and share knowledge to help others learn from your experience.

 

  • The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the company
  • The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves" in a matrix and continuously changing environment
  • Deep knowledge of US labor relations and labor laws; keeps pace with changes in external labor and employment relations landscape.
  • Possesses a blend of deep labor law and employee relations expertise and experience and has a proactive bias by leading and contributing to projects, initiatives, and ongoing programs in collaboration with the organization.
  • Approaches decisions proactively and in a fact-based way, make effective and pragmatic choices, balances benefit and risk, maintains compliance, and drives holistic business strategies.
  • Solutions focused and comfortable working in an environment that demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
  • Experience with a rapid and complex changing work environment that is ambiguous and in a state of change, and a willingness to innovate and create solutions that meet business needs.
  • Demonstrated track record of understanding business drivers and how rewards can help the organization deliver its strategic goals.
  • Must be a collaborative team player with strong intrapersonal and influencing skills.
  • Strong consulting, analytical, and planning skills.
  • Able to garner the respect of and influence HR and business clients at various levels of the organization and build trusting relationships and followership with others.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.
  • A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected.
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5 - 10 years of HR generalist experience, including employee relations, diversity and inclusion, compensation, performance management, change management, workforce planning, training, and development.

  • Bachelor's degree.  HR certification preferred.
