Senior Video Producer

The Sr Video Producer is a hands-on creative responsible for concepting, scripting, shooting, and editing video content that drives both brand engagement and measurable marketing performance. Sitting within the Creative team, this role bridges creative storytelling and marketing execution—primarily focused on producing authentic, personality-driven videos for the CEO’s social channels and developing performance-oriented assets for paid and organic campaigns. Sr Video Producer will be responsible for developing platform-specific strategies, monitoring trends, and ensuring all content aligns with Lendio’s brand, messaging, and marketing goals. The ideal candidate combines creative vision, technical skill, and marketing insight to produce polished, on-brand video content that resonates across social, web, and advertising platforms.

What you will own

• Develop and pitch creative video concepts aligned with brand campaigns, executive thought leadership, and marketing initiatives.

• Create and manage a robust video-first social strategy and content calendar aligned with Lendio’s brand, product, and thought leadership goals.

• Produce authentic, personality-driven video content for the CEO’s social channels.

• Own all aspects of production, including filming, lighting, directing, and capturing high-quality audio and visuals.

• Edit, mix, and deliver polished, on-brand video assets optimized for social, web, and paid channels.

• Collaborate with Growth Marketing to test creative variations, analyze performance data, and refine for maximum engagement and conversion.

• Uphold Lendio’s creative standards and ensure all videos reflect the company’s brand, tone, and storytelling principles.

What you’ll need to be successful

• 5+ years of hands-on video production experience, preferably within a marketing or brand environment.

• Proven ability to film, light, and edit professional-quality video content independently.

• Ability to be in-office/on set for filming at least 5 days per month.

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition) or comparable tools.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and paid performance creative best practices.

• Excellent storytelling, scripting, and editorial instincts—able to translate brand strategy into engaging video.

• Comfortable working with executives on-camera and managing shoots in fast-paced environments.

• Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative but highly autonomous creative role.
