The new AI Transformation team will build on Crowe’s established AI foundation, furthering the capabilities of our Applied AI / Machine Learning team. By combining Generative AI, Machine Learning and Software Engineering, this team empowers Crowe clients to transform their business models through AI, irrespective of their current AI adoption stage.

About the Role
Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes that enable the seamless integration, cleansing, harmonization, and transformation of data.
Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to implement data-driven AI solutions that align with strategic business objectives.
Leverage advanced tools and platforms including Azure Data Factory, Power BI, and SQL databases to build scalable data solutions.
Implement and maintain data fabric architectures to ensure streamlined data access, efficient management, and enhanced performance.
Proactively identify opportunities for data optimization, quality improvement, and automation across the data lifecycle.
Facilitate the deployment and integration of AI models, ensuring data quality and compatibility with established analytics infrastructure.
Engage regularly with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver timely, impactful analytics and reports.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, and data pipeline creation.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI.
