<h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong> </p><p>As a <strong>Senior Software Engineer</strong>, you will provide technical leadership and strategic direction to your development team. Your role involves overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to development, testing, and maintenance. You will lead the design of complex systems and applications, including 3D/2D render pipelines, while guiding and mentoring other engineers. Your broad and deep understanding of various technologies will ensure the delivery of high-quality software that meets user and stakeholder expectations. </p><p><strong>In addition to the above, your role will involve:  </strong>  </p><ul><li><strong>Software Development &amp; Optimization</strong>: Design, develop, and optimize high-quality, secure, scalable, and reliable software that meets business and customer needs. </li><li><strong>Technical Leadership &amp; Mentorship</strong>: Provide technical leadership and direction to teams, mentoring engineers to foster a collaborative environment and achieve business goals. </li><li><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration &amp; Problem Solving:</strong> Engage with stakeholders to understand complex requirements and propose innovative solutions to enhance system architecture and performance. </li><li><strong>Project Scoping &amp; Risk Management:</strong> Lead work estimates and forecasts, identifying risks, challenges, and opportunities with technical expertise. </li><li><strong>Standards &amp; Code Reviews</strong>: Adhere to and improve architecture, design, implementation, and security standards, conduct code reviews and promoting collaborative programming. </li><li><strong>System Integration &amp; Testing</strong>: Analyse integration needs, design complex system integrations, and implement unit and integration tests to ensure software quality. </li><li><strong>Reusable Components &amp; Documentation</strong>: Develop and maintain reusable software components and frameworks, defining and maintaining standards for technical documentation. </li><li><strong>Communication &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong>: Convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders and continuously enhance development practices and processes for better efficiency and quality. </li></ul><p><strong>WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH</strong>   </p><p>As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team that includes the Product Manager, Solution Architect, fellow developers, and application experts. You won’t just contribute code—you’ll help shape the technical direction, mentor team members, and drive the delivery of high-quality solutions. Your leadership will play a key role in turning ideas into scalable, maintainable, and impactful software. </p><p><strong>WHO YOU ARE </strong>  </p><p>We are looking for people with...  </p><ul><li><strong>Experience</strong>: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in application development and system integration.
