Salesforce Technical Architect (LATAM Region)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with strong Service Cloud expertise to join our Consumer Goods client on a long-term engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable solutions, with a specific focus on Service Voice and Omni-Channel Routing.

This is a high-priority role requiring deep technical architecture knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, with emphasis on Service Voice and Omni-Channel Routing.

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.

• Serve as the technical lead in discovery, design, and implementation phases.

• Partner with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to ensure project success.

• Provide hands-on guidance to development teams on best practices, coding standards, and integration approaches.

• Conduct technical reviews and ensure solution quality and adherence to governance.

• Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to provide thought leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8+ years Salesforce experience (architect-level preferred).

• Proven track record as a Salesforce Technical Architect delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

• Deep expertise in Service Cloud, including strong knowledge of Service Voice and Omni-Channel Routing.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Apex, integrations, and deployment lifecycle.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, scalability considerations, and integration patterns.

• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

• Fluent in English (written and verbal); Spanish a plus.

• Located in LATAM region with ability to work full-time and maintain US Central timezone overlap.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce System Architect and/or Application Architect certifications.

• Experience in the Consumer Goods industry.

• Prior experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations across global teams.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development experience.
