Facility Operations Specialist

Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience and training sufficient in scope and quality to furnish them with an acceptable level of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position without more than normal supervision. Ability to utilize computer technology.** Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to facility maintenance, utilization, and operations.** Knowledge of policies, processes, and regulations pertaining to inventory, property and equipment management. ** Ability to perform contractor oversight for facilities construction, repair, and maintenance. ** Ability to research, gather and analyze data and information. Ability to communicate in writing. Ability to interact collaboratively with others. Ability to plan, organize and execute work. Ability to communicate effectively other than writing.
