Field Sales Representative

 

Do you love the sales industry and making money?  Come grow with the OSL Retail Services Family.  We are looking for self-motivated Field Sales Representatives to join our rapidly expanding credit card sales program who want dramatic success and growth opportunities.  Use your winning sales strategies to connect with customers inside one of America’s largest grocery store families.

• Base hourly rate
• Daily uncapped commission PLUS bonuses.
• Ability to earn $50,000 - $80,000 per year (or more).

Requirements

• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week)
• Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to rotate through stores on a weekly basis.
• 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
• Looking for an outgoing personality. Must be comfortable approaching customers and initiating conversations.
• Ability to provide a positive and professional experience to EVERY customer.
• Ability to walk and talk and move for an 8-hour period.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your territory.
• Person to person sales experience while fostering strong customer loyalty and building rapport.
• Provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction with every encounter.
