As a Principal Inbound Product Manager at ServiceNow, you will play a crucial role in defining and collaborating with design and development teams to create our cutting-edge Accounts Receivable Solution. In this position, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and feature definition to meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and stakeholders, to deliver a best-in-class solution that addresses the unique challenges of accounts receivable management.

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Accounts Receivable Solution.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights to drive product decisions and identify key market trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product strategy with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with design and development teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that optimize the accounts receivable experience.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, industry best practices, and business value.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of features and timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to gather feedback, address customer pain points, and validate product enhancements.
- Work closely with design teams to create compelling user experiences that meet the needs of accounts receivable professionals.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architectural guidelines.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments related to accounts receivable management to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of key product metrics and user feedback to optimize the performance and usability of the Accounts Receivable Solution.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the competitive positioning of the product in the market.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 8+ years of software product management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully defining and launching enterprise-grade products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Finance industry exposure and experience with familiarity around accounts receivable processes and challenges is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to work closely with design teams.
- Technical knowledge and experience working with development teams is desired- nice to have
- Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
