Summary

Safely and efficiently operate an Asphalt Plant. Candidates will report directly to the site superintendent communicating production requirements and maintenance needs.

 

Compensation and Company Benefits:

• $20.50-$26.00 an hour.
• Paid Time Off.
• Medical/Dental/Vision/Prescription.

 

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant according to production schedule using appropriate materials.
• Performs a wide range of laboring duties within an Asphalt Plant.
• Assist in plant maintenance and in compiling reports regarding plant production and maintenance.
• Report any accident or incident to supervisor.
• Perform daily post inspections, risk assessment forms, and wear proper PPE at all times.
• Properly follow all company policies along with OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.

Requirements

• Experience in mechanical maintenance, welding, and fabricating.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Prior experience in plant operations is preferred, but training will be provided as needed.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
