Job Title

Director, Product Management - Loan Origination

About your role:

You will lead product management for digital consumer lending within Digital Lending and Origination, owning multi-year strategy, product portfolio and delivery for Originate-powered offerings that serve banks and credit unions. You will work closely with product peers, engineering, marketing, sales, implementations and operations to prioritize the roadmap, drive implementations and achieve revenue and growth targets for a ~$50M product line that positions Fiserv as a market-leading partner.

What you'll do:

  • Define and own a 3–5 year product and portfolio strategy and translate it into quarterly and annual operating plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Prioritize the product roadmap and backlog, make trade-offs across features and releases, and ensure timely delivery of client-facing functionality.
  • Drive go-to-market planning and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product Marketing, Implementations, Professional Services, Client Services, Finance, HR, and Legal to support product launches and client onboarding.
  • Lead, mentor and develop Product Owners and product managers; establish goals, conduct performance reviews, and support hiring to scale the team.
  • Coach and enable Product Owners and scrum teams in SAFe Agile practices to improve predictability and delivery velocity.
  • Manage client relationships and client user groups; gather client feedback, track implementation progress, and use customer insights to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Oversee product-level financial performance and forecasting; partner with Finance and Sales to manage pricing, revenue recognition and achievement of financial targets.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 10+ years of product and portfolio management experience delivering software products for financial services, consumer lending, or fintech, including roadmap development and go-to-market execution.
  • 8+ years of experience managing and developing teams, including hiring, performance management and career development for product managers and Product Owners.
  • 5+ years leading Agile product organizations using SAFe or similar scaled agile frameworks and working directly with Product Owners and scrum teams.
  • 5+ years owning P&L, revenue planning, or delivering against sales/revenue targets for product lines (experience managing or supporting a ~$50M product line preferred).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, implementations, operations and legal to deliver releases and implementations and to manage key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience using product analytics and experimentation to drive decisions; proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, roadmapping tools and product analytics platforms.
  • SAFe, Scrum Product Owner/Product Manager or other relevant certifications preferred; Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience with the Originate platform or comparable digital lending origination platforms.
  • Experience working directly with banks and credit unions on digital lending implementations and integrations.
  • Experience managing client user groups and scaling product adoption across multiple client segments.

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
