Global Head of ERP Architecture - Dynamics 365 Business Central

We’re looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Architect with an entrepreneurial spirit to help us bring delightful, market-fresh cooking back to the people.

Your role will include:

• Lead projects, create concepts and drive decision based on business and technical requirements
• Supporting integration of projects with your expert knowledge of data structures and processes
• Ensure that changes are applicable globally in Europe, Australia and USA
• Configuration & Customization of Business Central that enables our finance, procurement, warehouse and production departments to act highly efficiently and with a high focus on quality
• Managing and mentoring Engineers and Team Leads within the Business Central engineering team
• Manage and monitor ERP department budgets, ensuring all expenses are within allocated limits and identifying opportunities for cost savings and optimization
• Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors, contractors, and service providers, to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of ERP related services
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with external partners, ensuring they meet business requirements and are aligned with IT department goals
• Optimize license usage and minimize costs by identifying license overages, gaps, and applying cost efficient extension to the ERP licenses
• Constantly improving the system’s robustness & effectiveness

Requirements

• Experience managing an engineering team
• Highly structured with a focus on getting things done
• Excellent communicator to product managers and non-technical stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of Finance, Sales, Purchase, Warehouse and Production modules
• Experienced in NAV or Business Central Development
• Advanced C/AL and AL programming skills including report design, debugging and troubleshooting issues
• Expertise in SQL, .NET/C# and integration such as Web Services, Message Queueing
• experience in planning and maintaining the technical platforms to ensure a reliable and performant service
• Fluency in English

• Experience with Azure Cloud Environment (usage and cost monitoring as well as administering the existing subscription)
• Experience with typical software development environments and systems (e.g. Git)
• Experience with CI/CD
• Experience with test automation within Business Central
• Prior experience working in the e-commerce or food industry
• Knowledge in agile methodologies as Kanban or Scrum
