Job Description
Join our dynamic Investments Finance team as a Financial Analysis Consultant. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with teams across Investments, Human Resources and Corporate Treasury & Planning to deliver consistent expense and headcount reporting as well as perform variance analysis including explanations and commentary explaining results. You'll play a crucial part in the annual expense planning and forecasting process, providing invaluable support and data review. Your expertise will be essential in addressing financial and expense-related inquiries across Investments FinanceKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Strategic Planning: Assist in the management of the current year plan and craft future operating expense plans, integrating guidance from business partners.
· Collaborative Partnerships: Build and enhance relationships with business partners within Investments to manage expenses and generate insightful reports.
· Headcount Coordination: Track headcount for Investments and partner with HR to ensure accurate reporting of open roles.
· Trend Analysis: Monitor expenses for emerging trends, keeping leadership informed and recommending improvements.
· Process Optimization: Efficiently manage processes, models, and data, implementing enhancements and providing strategic recommendations.
· Expense Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve miscoded expenses across Investments.
· Cost Reduction: Innovate and implement strategies to reduce general operating expenses.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
· This role does not include supervisory duties.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
· Preferred: 2+ years of experience
· Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
· No certifications, licenses, or registrations required.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
· Expense Management: Intermediate level expertise.
