The Principal – IT Data Project Manager will perform program management and business systems analysis, for a range of IT projects within the Data Servicing IT portfolio with a focus on New Acquisition data integration.

The role includes:

  • Daily program management throughout the program life cycle;
  • Defining the program governance (controls);
  • Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress;
  • Managing the resource capacity and allocation.
  • Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements;
  • Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies;
  • Managing stakeholders’ communication;
  • Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the business change manager;
  • Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document.
  • Provides effective leadership in project implementation
  • Initiates, plans, and executes projects while controlling the project lifecycle process to ensure timely delivery of quality solutions and accurate documentation of project activities
  • Manages projects across onshore and offshore teams
  • Works closely in collaboration with various IT towers and lines of business to ensure harmonious cooperation in on-time and on-budget project delivery
  • Supports business partners in resolving IT operational concerns

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Takes a leadership role in program execution, and takes responsibility for overall program delivery Works with all stakeholders to drive project success, resolve conflicts, and solve problems Drives the project throughout the life cycle establishing project direction, aligning project resources to achieve goals and ensuring established timelines are met Uses project management tools to maintain project status, including risk and issue tracking, resource allocation, etc. Creates and maintains project documentation, including management of project change control Defines, understands, documents, and communicates the objectives, technical scope, and detailed requirements of the project.
