Senior Program Manager HD Therapy System (m/w/d)

<p><b>Objective of the role:</b></p><p>This role aims to holistically manage product functionalities and take responsibility for defined and aligned project and product roadmaps, including all products within scope – from production through to end-of-life.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Your responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>End-to-end (E2E) responsibility, i.e. from initiation (definition) to successful establishment (market availability) of products (functionalities) and solutions</li><li>Oversight of the definition, design, implementation, and go-to-market strategy of an integrated solution for a specific target product or functionality</li><li>Coordination of the involved value streams as well as key project stakeholders</li><li>Consideration of all project decisions with regard to the overall product portfolio and corporate strategy</li><li>Ensuring adherence to project timelines and product cost targets during decision-making</li><li>Fostering a culture of innovation by involving diverse stakeholders through innovation, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration across different business areas</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Your profile:</b></p><ul><li>Completed vocational training or university degree; PhD/MBA or specialized further education; ideally an engineering degree with experience in scientific work, preferably in medical <span>technology/biotechnology</span></li><li>In-depth expertise in the development of medical products, including therapeutic and regulatory understanding; ideally experience in hemodialysis or related medical technology fields</li><li>Proven project management skills with at least 3–5 years of experience, including leading complex projects and presenting project results internally</li><li>Holistic, structured, and analytical mindset with a high level of personal responsibility: ability to independently develop solutions, consider processes and capacities, set priorities, and flexibly adapt to changing requirements</li><li>Understanding of market value and positioning of medical solutions</li><li>Very good German and English skills, as well as willingness to undertake occasional international travel, attend trade fairs, and make regular domestic business trips</li></ul><p></p>
