Job description summary:
Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy is a specialized type of pharmacy that focuses on processing and dispensing of prescriptions for multiple retail pharmacy locations within a region. Unlike a traditional pharmacy, Central Fill is full of automation allowing prescriptions to be filled fast and accurately. But the best part of Central Fill pharmacy is taking care of our patients in the community. While we are not patient facing, our job provides retail pharmacies the ability to spend much deserved time providing clinical services and education to the communities they serve.
Salary: $22.50 per hour plus $1.50 night differential per hour
Location: Litchfield Park, AZ
Schedule: Day shift will be on weekdays and/or weekends. The schedule is set — 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, between 6AM and 6PM. Candidates just need to be available any day of the week during that timeframe.
Qualifications:
- 1 years’ experience in security, law enforcement, military, emergency services, or related area
Preferred Experience:
- Successful completion of all core components of the Physical Security Specialist Training Academy within 90 days of hire.
- Successful completion of any new core components (or re-certification requirements) of the Physical Security Specialist Training Academy during employment
Job description:
Security Operations & Emergency Response
- Support the design, implementation, and improvement of safety/security protocols, SOPs, and training programs.
- Maintain site-specific security responsibilities, including updating systems, documentation, and processes.
- Initiate the Incident Command System (ICS) in emergencies until relieved, providing tactical response to incidents such as:
- Workplace/domestic violence
- Fire or severe weather
- Active shooter situations
- Hazardous material or chemical spills
- Respond to alarm and intrusion detection activations (e.g., voice evacuation, panic/duress devices, perimeter sensors) and determine action priorities in emergencies.
- Provide tactical emergency care in line with company guidelines (e.g., CPR, First Aid).
- Escort and safeguard critical information, high-value merchandise, and sensitive documents (e.g., legal files, diamonds, merger/acquisition materials).
Investigations & Threat Management
- Investigate reported threats, policy violations, criminal activity, and security breaches.
- Assess and mitigate potential threats from visitors, suppliers, drivers, and other individuals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external law enforcement/regulatory agencies for incident resolution.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate requirements, including:
- Payment Card Industry (PCI)
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
- OSHA, Fire Code, and Life Safety standards
- Conduct inspections and correct violations related to safety/security equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, duress alarms, ingress/egress routes).
Relationship Management & Collaboration
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (Alarm Technicians, Asset Protection, Facility Management) and external partners (law enforcement,
