We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for driven, people-focused individuals to join our Leadership Development Program and take on the role of Entry-Level Assistant Manager.

What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Manager in Training, you’ll learn the ins and outs of event marketing, brand strategy, and team leadership while making a real difference in the community.
Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily marketing and event operations for community outreach campaigns

• Learning to manage and motivate small teams during events and fundraising activities

• Collaborating with senior managers to develop and implement campaign strategies

• Engaging with the public to share the mission of local nonprofits and social justice organizations

• Tracking campaign performance and assisting with reporting and improvement strategies
