Kiosk Assistant

Hawkesbury Oasis is a vibrant community aquatic and recreation centre located in South Windsor, operated in partnership with Hawkesbury City Council and The Y NSW. More than just a gym or pool, the centre plays an important role in supporting the health, wellbeing and connection of the local community.

The centre offers a diverse mix of fitness, aquatics and community programs, including a health club, group fitness classes, personal training, swimming lessons for children and adults, squad training and aqua aerobics. Facilities include a heated indoor pool, 50m outdoor pool, group fitness studio, spa, sauna, steam room, creche and accessible amenities, making it a busy and dynamic place to work.

👋 What you’ll be doing

• Delivering friendly, welcoming customer service
• Preparing and serving food, drinks and coffee
• Handling transactions accurately in a busy environment
• Keeping the kiosk clean, stocked and running smoothly
• Working as part of a supportive, energetic team

This is a hands‑on role in a high‑energy, customer‑focused environment — perfect if you enjoy staying busy and interacting with people.

✅ What we’re looking for

You’ll bring:

• A positive, friendly attitude and great communication skills
• Previous customer service experience
• Barista experience (or confidence making coffee)
• Ability to multitask during busy periods
• Willingness to follow food safety and cash handling procedures

Qualifications (required):

• Current CPR certificate
• Willingness to hold (or obtain) a Working with Children Check (NSW)

Nice to have (but not essential):

• Food Handling Certificate
