About the role
We are seeking an Account Manager, North America to join our global sales department. This role will report to our Director of Supply for the Marketplace Growth team. The ideal candidate will possess the skills to build and maintain strong relationships with new clients and existing ticket suppliers in our US market. The candidate will also be responsible for presenting data, pitching sales, and gathering information for presentations.
This role will require some travel and will be based in our New York City office with a hybrid schedule consisting of 3 days per week in the office.

What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued business and satisfaction.
- Maintain and grow commercial relationships with existing suppliers in highly competitive markets.
- Organize and maintain relationships with clients, both old and new, in an efficient and persistent manner.
- Network and establish personal relationships with ticket suppliers; individuals and firms in the sports, concert, and other live events sectors.
- Present data and provide insights on supplier performance to internal stakeholders.
- Pitch sales and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in Enterprise Sales
- At least 2 years of work experience in a customer-facing or sales-based role.
- Ability to be personable; create and maintain relationships with people.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Experience in the live entertainment industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Weeknights and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Documented proof of excellent sales/accounts track record
- Passionate about the live events industry
- Training and working within a team structure
- Experience using CRM
