As the friendly face of our facility, the Customer Service Associate is the first point of contact for our valued members and potential new members. At the front desk, you'll provide exceptional service, ensure smooth operations, and create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Sign up members in Jonas Software.
• Schedule members for programming.
• Provide customer service to members and prospects.
• Accommodates members and guest with special needs as they enter and leave the center.
• Provides service and information to members and quests regarding membership and fees.
• Gives prospective members a tour of facility.
• Registers participants for various center programs, services and classes.
• Collects guest fees. Process cash, check and card transactions.
• Schedules appointments. 

 

Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Knowledge and experience with the use of computers preferred.
• Customer service background required.
