We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Corporate Quality are varied. The unit is responsible for all quality related activities of PowerCo SE ranging from the development of the quality strategy and targets over safeguarding the certification readiness to the global supplier management.</p></span> <span> </span></span>
<span><span><b>Your role and key responsibilities</b></span></span>
<span><span><ul>
<li>Supporting in the development of the Special Operations & Project Management department</li>
<li>(Partial) Project management in the area of supplier quality management both internally and externally</li>
<li>Collaborating or leadership of a task force</li>
<li>Taking on cross-functional special projects within the area</li>
<li>Defining, standardizing, and implementing departmental processes</li>
<li>Creating of process descriptions and work instructions</li>
<li>Monitoring of measures and status reports Quality purchased parts within a battery cell project</li>

<span><span><b>What you bring to the team</b></span></span>
<span><span><ul>
<li>Degree in industrial engineering, economics, business administration, mechanical engineering, natural sciences, production engineering or comparable qualification</li>
<li>Project Management / International Projects</li>
<li>Project Management / Task Force Management in the area of Supplier Management </li>
<li>Operational Experience</li>
<li>Experience in the field of processes Supplier quality</li>
<li>Experience in dealing with suppliers</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of quality management and the automotive sector (ISO9001, IATF16949)</li>
<li>Above-average ability to work in a team</li>
<li>Fluent in English</li>
<li>Confident appearance, assertiveness and initiative</li>
<li>High willingness to travel</li>
