The Role: Executive Assistant, S&P Global Ratings Commercial

The Team: The individual would directly support the Managing Director, Head of Americas Sales and other select Sales leadership.

The Impact: You will be a critical, day-to-day partner to senior leadership, playing a crucial role in driving the success of the broader S&P Global Ratings OneCommercial team. You will deliver tailored and prompt administrative and operational assistance directly to the leaders to optimize productivity and streamline business processes. Responsibilities and Impact: We seek an Executive Assistant with exceptional organizational and administrative skills who exhibits initiative and high EQ. This requires significant hands-on support of the Managing Director, Head of Americas Sales and key leaders.

  • Attend internal meetings, take notes, action items, and track follow-up items.
  • Provide regular status updates as necessary to relevant parties.
  • Manage calendar by scheduling and reprioritizing appointments in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Manage specific project tasks, as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and departments to establish clear expectations and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
  • Coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements in compliance with company policies, including visa arrangements and itinerary coordination.
  • Organize and schedule various meetings, town halls, offsites, webinars, and provide logistical support such as booking external venues, arranging catering, preparing meeting materials, and facilitating webinar support.
  • Ensure timely processing of expenses and completion of all required system approvals.
  • Oversee signatory processes for executable contracts.
  • Assist in coordinating miscellaneous onsite logistics for executives during their time in the New York office.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10 years of administrative experience, ideally in a multinational corporate setting preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other virtual platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, handle intricate tasks, and prioritize multiple demands to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of coordinating and managing a complex, dynamic, and ever-evolving schedule.

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,646 to $90,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is a Guild-represented position and is not eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
