<p><strong>Client Relationship Manager, Institutional Partnerships&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Team | New York, NY <br>(4 days/week in office; 5 days/week during first 6 months)</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>We’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our Growth team and support the expansion of our Institutional client segment.</p> <p>This role sits at the intersection of relationship management and client service. You’ll work closely with senior team members to build and deepen relationships with institutional clients and support the process end to end, from initial conversations through ongoing support.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who is looking to deepen their experience in client relationship management and has an interest in values-aligned investing.&nbsp;</p> <p>More specifically you’ll:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Support, build and cultivate strong relationships with institutional clients, working both independently and in close collaboration with the Growth team to establish trust</li> <li>Develop a deep understanding of client needs and clearly communicate Ethic’s value proposition, products, and sustainability approach</li> <li>Partner with more senior team members to help accelerate client onboarding and contribution to AUM growth</li> <li>Help facilitate ongoing client reviews, updates, and account service requests with a high level of responsiveness and attention to detail</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Investments, Product, Client Success, and leadership to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience</li> <li>Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, drive automation, and enhance the overall client experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>You identify with our company Principles that define our culture, guide our actions, and allow us to do our best work:</li> <ul> <li>We are <strong>In Service</strong> of others - our clients, our colleagues, the company, and the world.</li> <li>We strive to be <strong>World Class</strong> - the best at what we do.</li> </ul> <li>You’re a problem solver, able to and interested in learning new things quickly to solve unique and challenging problems.</li> <li>You are driven, possess a strong work ethic, a bias towards action, and a desire to win as a team.</li> <li>You can communicate clearly and concisely in a variety of mediums.</li> <li>You operate with high integrity, doing the right thing when no one is looking.</li> <li>You take a long-term view towards contributing to a strong team with a culture of feedback.</li>
