Buckhead Smile Center is seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced Patient Coordinator to join our well-established dental practice in Atlanta, GA. If you’re passionate about patient care and have at least two years of dental front desk experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
   
• Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently
   
• Verify insurance benefits and communicate treatment plans clearly
   
• Maintain and update patient records accurately
   
• Handle billing, process payments, and respond to inquiries about accounts
   
• Coordinate effectively between patients and the clinical team
   
• Keep the front desk area tidy, organized, and inviting
   

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental front desk position
   
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
   
• Proficiency with dental office software (Open Dental is a plus)
   
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a fast-paced schedule
   
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
   
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong commitment to patient care

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent of combination of education and experience.
