Regional HR Business Partner

Your Position

In this role, you will be the liaison for Top Management in all Key HR Life Cycle Products in the US. Focus on coordination and leading Recruiting Processes for Global/Regional and some Local Management roles in the US.

Your Responsibilities

  • Understand Business requirements / needs of all Divisions / Functions
  • Help global leaders  to understand HR offerings in the US
  • Coordinate support of global leaders within the US in their individual HR requirements
  • Interface to CoE’s of Global HR and local HR leaders
  • Recruiting of senior management functions reporting into Datwyler Leadership Team globally 
  • Steer and coordinate recruiting for specific Leadership Functions as defined by the position grade
  • Define recruiting Channels
  • Define, assess executive search partners
  • Apply psychometrics tests
  • Contribute to  Employer Branding (Strategy)
  • Support development of Social Media Strategy
  • Support Succession Management
  • CI of HR processes, esp. Recruiting processes
  • Develop or support developing a SWP for recruitment
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Your Profile

  • Min. bachelor degree in HR / Business Administration / Psychology / or comparable 
  • Min. 8 years of professional HR experience in full HR life cycle, with ideally 3 years as a recruiter in a multinational company
  • High business acumen
  • User Experience in SAP Success Factors
  • Certified in psychometric assessments a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Spanish as a 2nd language a plus
  • Team player with high intercultural competence
