About the role

Staff Accountant

Shape the Future of a Growing Finance Team

You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and take pride in getting things right the first time. But you’re also a problem solver who can see beyond the spreadsheet—someone who’s ready to contribute to a bigger vision.

At Precoa, we’re scaling fast, integrating new companies, and transforming how we do business to reach our growth goals.

As a Staff Accountant, you’ll have the opportunity to not only keep our financials accurate and compliant but also help identify new ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency. This is your chance to bring your accounting expertise into a dynamic, growth-focused environment where your input truly matters.

What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)

From accounts receivable to accounts payable, month-end close to fixed assets, you’ll work across the full spectrum of accounting operations.

Your first year will be about mastering our transactional flow and building relationships across the organization, then, you’ll have the autonomy to shape how we operate and implement improvements.

  • Process and audit employee expense reports with accuracy and compliance
  • Manage AR and AP activities, including invoicing, posting payments, reconciliations, and vendor communication
  • Prepare and file annual 1099s
  • Assist with fixed asset accounting, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
  • Partner with teams across the business to provide financial insights and support
  • Contribute to month-end and year-end close activities
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy

What we offer you as part of #PrecoaLife

  • Competitive exempt salary based on experience
  • 18 days PTO and 10 paid holidays annually
  • Minimum 6-weeks parental leave
  • Health, Dental, and Vision benefits
  • 401k, with company match
  • $25,000 AD&D Policy and $25,000 Life Insurance Policy

Skills you may have to make you a success!

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred (or actively pursuing)
  • 2-4 years of accounting experience (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations)
  • ERP experience (Oracle Fusion or SAP preferred)
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to partner effectively across departments and deliver exceptional customer service

Be the balance that drives our next chapter of growth!
