The Small Business Cash Management Advisor partners with Small Business Wellness Advisors and Retail Branch teams to acquire, expand and retain business clients with fundamental to advanced cash management needs. This inside sales representative will identify prospect/client needs and participate in various aspects of client management, including calling via conference call and relationship reviews for clients with fundamental and advanced cash management needs.
Responsibilities
- Works with the Retail branch and Small Business Wellness Advisor (SBWA) team to educate them on the cash management suite of products, to include product features, value proposition and pricing
- Responsible for supporting Retail branch teams and SBWA team to uncover cash management opportunities within each of their perspective markets and to strategize on how to uncover viable prospects
- Helps Retail branches build confidence and business acumen by providing cash management expertise through joint calling efforts and other collaborative opportunities
- Prepares Cash Management proposals for clients, and identifies any additional referral opportunities to other lines of business as appropriate
- Respond to client requests (direct or through partner referrals), obtain information necessary to track and implement client set ups seamlessly and flawlessly
- Meets and exceeds individual production goals while contributing to the overall sales success of the team
- Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
- Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and Key.
Education Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent in training and experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a client focused environment with aggressive growth and service goals required.
- A minimum of year 1 year experience in interpreting and understanding financial statements required.
